Her face.
I’m sorry about all the JIM spam—wait, no I’m not, this book is fucking amazing.

Can we talk about how Comics!Sif was the ruler of Asgard for a hot minute there but found the job tedious, intellectually unstimulating, and couldn’t wait for Odin to wake up so she could get back to kicking ass and taking names?

I can point you to eleven thousand storylines where Asgardians and other marvel protagonists are put in charge of Asgard and go mad with power.

And Sif’s just like:

The Lady Sif: Could actually be ruling the entire Marvel universe right now but likes the job she has (current JIM storyline notwithstanding). It’s like when really well respected state-level politicians refuse to run for federal office because they want to engender change on a local level.

hey guys this is my lovely friend punchy who played sif with me when i played sansa at es war einmal on dreamwidth and she is lovely and wonderful and awesome!!!!!!

Adding more to the series.
Lady Sif. based off set photos of her new costume in Thor 2.
Can I also just add, i’d like to have jane foster just gone. we dont have time for that shit. Sif is where it’s at.

Jane Foster is a national treasure and is just as interesting a character as Sif.
Love the detail on this armor though!

Jane is a character that a lot of women look up to. I’ll speak of the movieverse, because that’s where my greatest familiarity is (and since this is movieverse art, so I can only assume that’s what you’re referring to). Myself, as an aspiring scientist, absolutely love seeing an emotionally healthy female character who is just very casually familiar with math and astrophysics. That’s three things that society very casually tells women they’re bad at or they shouldn’t have from an early age.
Sif means a lot to me as a character, too, because she is also accomplished in a very patriarchal society, but you don’t get to erase one woman to elevate another when they both are wonderful characters with valuable skillsets.
I appreciate your art but your thoughts are really toxic and hurtful.
